Terms, rules & self-declaration

1. Platform overview

BtcUniverse is a decentralized, community-driven platform running on the BNB Smart Chain (BSC Mainnet). All payments use BTCB (Bitcoin BEP-20). By connecting your wallet and registering, you agree to participate under the rules below.

The smart contract is immutable: it has no owner, no admin, no pause button, and no upgrade switch. No individual — including the founders — can change wallets, percentages, prices, or rules after deployment.

2. Membership & clubs

Membership lasts 30 days and must stay active to receive anything. The platform offers seven clubs. Each club takes two steps: a subscription, then the club package. Both are sequential — a club cannot be skipped, and its package cannot be bought before its subscription. A level share reaches you only from purchases made in a club you hold; purchases in a club above yours pass over you to an upline who holds it.

Prices are set in the contract at deployment and charged in BTCB at the live Chainlink BTC/USD rate at the moment of purchase. Current prices are read from the contract and shown in the app — never quoted from memory here.

3. How income is distributed

Every payment is distributed 100% on-chain, inside the same transaction. Nothing accumulates and nothing is claimed later. Subscriptions and packages are split differently:

Each column totals 100%. These are the shares the contract divides an incoming payment into — not a rate of return, and not a promise that any of it will reach you.

4. Two ladders, both manual

Each club takes two purchases: its subscription, then its package. Both are sequential and neither happens automatically — you advance only when you choose to, and a club package cannot be bought before that club's subscription is held.

Income is paid to your wallet as it is earned, so there is no balance to withdraw and nothing that expires unclaimed.

5. Qualification & the cap

• ·To earn level income without limit you must be qualified: at least one active direct member on your left side and one on your right, each holding your club level or above.
• ·Until then your level income for the current club is capped at 2× that club's package price.
• ·Past the cap, further level income is passed up to the nearest qualified member above you. It is not held for you and it is not recoverable later — qualifying is what removes the cap.

6. Risk disclosure

Cryptocurrency involves real financial risk. Digital asset values are volatile. Only participate with funds you can afford to lose. This platform is not financial advice and offers no guaranteed returns. Earnings depend entirely on your own activity and community growth.

7. Member responsibilities

• ·Safeguard your wallet and private keys — they cannot be recovered by anyone.
• ·Verify every transaction before confirming; blockchain actions are final and irreversible.
• ·Comply with the laws and regulations of your own country.
• ·Do not use the platform for fraud, misrepresentation, or false income claims to others.

8. Transparency & verification

Anyone can independently verify every rule on BscScan. The contract source code is public and verified.

Because the contract is public, anyone may build a tool on top of it — but no one can alter the rules, redirect funds, or access your wallet.

Self-declaration

Each of these is confirmed in the app before joining. They are repeated here so they can be read without connecting a wallet:
