A contract that
cannot be rewritten
The platform runs on an immutable smart contract on BNB Chain. Payments and shares are in BTCB, Bitcoin inside the BNB network. Every share reaches its recipient inside the same transaction the buyer used to pay for a club: nothing collects in a platform account, and nothing is paid out by hand.

Seven clubs, strictly in order
Each club opens with two purchases, and only in this order: first the club subscription, which buys the right to it, then the club package itself. Clubs cannot be skipped — the contract accepts only the next one in sequence.

Depth is 15 levels for every club — it is not a privilege of the higher ones. A higher club raises the cap that applies before qualification, and the price of the packages whose shares reach you. It does not buy more depth.
Prices here are read from the contract when the page loads. They were set at deployment and cannot be changed — not by us, not by anyone.
Payment split
Two streams, and only two
No accumulating accounts, no bonus funds, no withdrawal requests. The contract splits a payment at the moment it receives it and sends each share straight to its recipient.
A club package splits into fixed shares inside the same transaction: 70% up the levels, 10% to your sponsor, the remaining 20% to operations. Not one of them waits in an account.

An inactive member is skipped. If someone above you has let their membership lapse, their share is not held and does not wait for them — it moves up to the nearest member who is active. This works in your favour and against you equally: you are skipped too if your own membership has expired.
The remainder of each payment goes to the project's operations and partner wallets. Every share is fixed in the contract, and together they come to exactly 100%.

Two sides, and nobody picks one
Every member has two sides to their structure, left and right. The contract seats new arrivals in strict alternation: an even-numbered invitation goes left, an odd-numbered one goes right.
- Nobody chooses a side
- Not the person joining, not the person inviting. The contract decides the order and nothing can influence it — which is why nobody is in a position to promise you a place in the stronger leg.
- Spillover downward
- When the nearest places on the chosen side are taken, the contract searches for the first free slot below. Rows beneath you fill with invitations made above you.

Qualification
Why both sides have to grow
Until you have at least one active partner on the left and one on the right, the level share is capped. The cap is twice the price of your own club's package; anything beyond it moves up to the nearest qualified member and cannot be recovered.
Qualified
An active partner on each side, each holding a club no lower than yours. The level share arrives in full.
Not yet qualified
One side is working. Shares still arrive, but stop at the cap — twice the price of your club's package. The counter resets when you buy the next package.
Only people you invited yourself count. A member who landed under you through spillover does not count toward qualification.

Exactly what you can verify
The contract is immutable
It has no owner, no administrative functions and no upgrade path. The rules set at deployment will stay as they are, permanently.
It holds no funds
There is no withdrawal, rescue or freeze function in it. It keeps no member balances: everything moves at the moment of purchase.
Priced through Chainlink
Prices are set in dollars and converted to BTCB at the oracle rate at the moment of payment, with protection against stale and out-of-range values.

Open on BscScanAbout membership. Membership lasts 30 days and renews 1 to 12 months ahead. It pays nobody anything — not you from anyone else's renewal, not the person who invited you from yours. Membership only makes you active: payouts pass over anyone whose membership has expired.

Worth understanding before you start
Where are my funds held?
Nowhere. The contract keeps no member balances and has no withdrawal or rescue function. Each purchase is split and sent to its recipients inside the same transaction, and until you buy, the funds sit in your own wallet, under your control alone.
Why does a club take two payments?
That is how the contract is built. The subscription buys the right to a club; the package opens the club itself. A package without its subscription is rejected. Both steps run strictly in sequence: clubs cannot be skipped, and only the next one is available.
Do I have to pay every month?
Membership runs for 30 days and renews 1 to 12 months at a time, whichever suits you. While it is active, shares reach you; once it has expired, your share moves up to the nearest active member, and it cannot be reclaimed afterwards.
Can I choose where my partner is placed?
No, and this is not a setting — it is a property of the contract. Sides alternate on the count of invitations, and the contract finds the free slot itself. If someone offers you a place in the stronger leg, they are offering something they do not control.
What if the Bitcoin price moves between purchases?
Prices are fixed in dollars and converted to BTCB at the Chainlink oracle rate at the moment of payment. The app puts an upper bound on the amount into the transaction, so a sharp move cannot charge you more than you were quoted — the payment simply does not go through.
What this is not
- Not an investment product. The platform takes no deposits, manages nobody's funds, issues no securities and promises no return. Paying for a club buys access to it, not a share of any profit.
- No outcome is guaranteed or implied. What reaches you depends on what you and the people in your structure do. It may be nothing at all, and that outcome is as ordinary as any other.
- Payments are irreversible. A blockchain transaction cannot be cancelled or refunded — not by us, not by anyone. Refunds are impossible by construction, not by policy.
- Not financial, legal or tax advice. Nothing on this page is a recommendation. Whether participation is permitted where you live, and what you owe in tax and reporting, is yours to determine.
- Crypto asset prices move. BTCB can rise or fall, substantially. Prices are set in dollars and converted to BTCB at the moment of payment.
