We ask for no contact information

There is no account and no contact form here. We never ask for your email, phone number or messenger handle, so there is nothing of that kind for us to share, lose or be compelled to hand over. Your wallet address is your identity, and it comes from the blockchain, not from you.

One optional field exists, inside the app: a display name you choose for yourself, so your team can recognise you instead of a code. It is stored on our server and shown to other members. Leave it empty and nothing is stored; clear it at any time and it is deleted. We ask that you do not put your real name, phone number or messenger handle in it — we do not ask for those, and the field is visible to others.

Information on the blockchain

The following is stored on the blockchain and publicly visible: wallet address, registration date, club subscriptions and packages, membership status, and every bonus paid to you. Blockchain data is immutable and cannot be deleted or altered by anyone, including us.

This is inherent to Web3 and applies to every address on the chain, not only to members here.

Automatically collected data

Our web server records IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security monitoring. These logs are kept for up to 30 days and are not used to build a profile of anyone.

How data is used

To operate the platform, show you your own position and earnings, protect against abuse, and improve the service. Your address is shown to members of your own structure, because the structure is public on chain.

Data sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share personal information with third parties. There is none to sell. The exceptions that would apply if there were: where required by law, or to protect our rights.

Your rights

There is no stored personal data of yours for us to show, correct or delete — we hold none. Blockchain data cannot be deleted by anyone, including us.

Cookies

This landing page sets no cookies at all. The application at app.btcuniverse.org uses minimal cookies for language preference, theme, and wallet connection state. There is no tracking and no third-party analytics on either.

Reach us on Telegram. This domain does not accept email — it publishes an empty MX record on purpose, so that nobody can send mail that appears to come from it.
